My Story
I qualified as a teacher in the UK in 2005, working in secondary schools for 12 years before leaving in 2016. When I began private tutoring in 2017, I discovered that learning through play was a powerful way to help students progress. Play releases endorphins, which aids memory and recall.
Many of my students experience maths anxiety. Play is a highly effective method to reduce this anxiety, offering a fun, pressure-free environment. This approach helps reframe maths positively, building math confidence and fostering engaging maths programs.
